  I'm Delighted!! I went in a while ago for records. I'm very much into the vintage stuff, so I found two 78's of Gracie Fields from 1947, I went to pay, but my card declined because I'd run out of money. They'd put them under the till for me, and I forgot to go back. However, a few days later I went back to Newbury to get the records (I Live in Fleet) I went back in, panicked a little as I couldn't find them in the records box, maybe someone bought them? I enquired at the till, they were still underneath. Because they were scratched they sold them to me for 45p each, in their 70 year old original sleeves! They even wrapped them in bubble wrap and tape because I had a longish journey home and they knew how fragile they were. I felt a little bad because after all this they still insisted on me having them half price. I don't think I've ever had better customer service anywhere else
