  Shockingly bad service. Arranged carpet supply & fit on 21st December (their last working day before Christmas) for my 83 YEAR OLD PARENTS. No phone call for time slot. No phone call to advise delay. NEVER ARRIVED. At 83 year old, the last thing they need is the house upside down for preparation of a new carpet. Carpetright have fitted carpets in two of my houses but i will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I specifically asked for the fitters to move furniture and paid extra for this service. NO CALL WHATSOEVER. I am disgusted with their service.
