  Took my Tag watch in to be repaired in May. Approved the (outrageously priced) repair twice. 4 months later nothing has been done. I asked them to return it to me 2 weeks ago, still nothing back. This is as much poor feedback about Tag as Fraser Hart, very annoying to be asked for £300 to repair rust on a waterproof watch, and then not even get it done quickly and efficiently. Having a posh shop, and posh watches requires the whole experience to be excellent, there should have been an on-line portal for me to track my watch, and it should have all been done in 2 weeks. What were they doing having a watch there for 4 months?
