  Very very happy with the service there, went with some trepidation because of bad experiences with previous people, I only went because I heard they'd been bought out. I'd resorted to going to back street garages but after my visit to Motorline, I'll be going there in future, much needed fresh blood within Nissan. I always measure my experiences on my treatment, friendliness and value for money. I was treated kindly and sensitively (I was a bit stressy, sorry!), they were very helpful and even the people I wasn't dealing with were helpful and friendly. Now value for money, it is more expensive than a back street garage, but I feel I got value for that, car was washed (better than my local hand wash who charge £15), the elusive fault with my car was fixed, and I got free breakdown cover as well. They constantly updated me so I knew exactly what was going on and even sent a video and report of my car to my phone (boyfriend loved it). Simon you were so helpful and you dumbed down the explanations really well without making me feel thick, and Becks (think that's your name) - your coffee and chat were both lovely!!! Well done all.
