Lack the ability to correctly receive orders placed online for in store collection. It's taken 3 weeks to find the order (that I now no longer need), so that it could be sent back for a refund. I'm pretty sure it got opened as they didn't stock the item yet when I went in to ask if they could look for the parcel, there was one hanging up behind the counter...
