  Excellent service received at this branch on a busy Saturday morning. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Great choice of glasses for all budgets.

  Poor service by Assistant today! I ordered some glasses over the phone and was told that they would be put by with my record! When I arrived the Assistant serving me could not find them anywhere and proceeded to say that they hadn't been put by, they didn't have another pair etc, etc.... When she was looking for my record upstairs I saw the Supervisor, and told her. Within a minute my record AND the glasses had been found...then I was measured up. Then, she was called away and another Assistant finished the job. I really hope that they will be correctly fitted when I collect them in a couple of weeks!
