  Have had a great experience at Vision express Newbury. The staff have been most helpful giving great advice. I never felt Rushed or pushed Keiron and Harry were both excellent and fantastically led By Alison Thank you All top marks

  Don't take young children here, went in with a 2 and a 4 year old who were being normal children of that age, not overly loud or naughty, clearly these people aren't child friendly and was told if we weren't quieter we would be made to leave, I have never more embaressed in my life. The manager after i complained did apologise but its to little to late i will never go back and yes we did leave.
